When will I have access to the resources?

You’ll get immediate access to the membership hub upon joining. As long as you remain an active member of The Ped Pro Community, your access will continue. Fresh resources and trainings are added regularly throughout the month to keep things new and exciting!

Do you accept school purchase orders?

Yes! Reach out to us at beapro@thepedagogypros.com—we’re happy to work with your district. We understand that POs can take time, so no need to stress about the membership closing date. We’ve got you covered while your school works through the process!

Can I share some of the resources I get in the membership with another teacher?

As much as we'd love to say "yes," the answer is kindly, "no." Your membership covers access for one teacher to use the resources with their own students. Sharing materials—either digitally or in print—with others isn't permitted. We’d love for your colleagues to join too, so feel free to invite them to grab their own membership and be part of the fun!

When will I get charged for the membership, what if I have to cancel and do you offer refunds?

You will be charged at the time of purchase for your monthly or yearly membership. Monthly plans renew each month on your purchase date. Annual plans renew one year from your purchase date, with a reminder email sent before renewal.

Need to cancel? All memberships renew automatically based on your plan. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month; yearly subscriptions renew annually on your join date. To cancel, email beapro@thepedagogypros.com at least 5 days before your renewal date. After cancellation, access to the membership hub will end.

Refunds? We do not offer refunds due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of the product so all digital product sales are final.
