About The Pedagogy Pros
Tracy's Story
I am an educator and co-founder of The Pedagogy Pros, and I began my journey in education at just 18, driven by a deep commitment to advocating for students. Over the years, I have served in a variety of roles, supporting paraprofessionals, teachers, and both school- and district-level leaders. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what classrooms truly need to run effectively and support all learners. As a Navy wife, I had the opportunity to work in both Title I and military-connected schools, which strengthened my passion for meeting the diverse and ever-changing needs of students and educators.
I am also a proud mom of three and dog mom to two Labradors, which keeps life busy and full of joy. Today, I focus on creating practical, teacher-friendly resources that help bridge the gap between strong pedagogy and daily classroom practice. My goal is to support educators in building clarity, confidence, and meaningful learning experiences for their students.
Through The Pedagogy Pros, I partner with teachers, coaches, and school leaders to provide standards-aligned resources, professional learning, and tools that are immediately usable in the classroom. I believe that when educators are equipped with clear strategies and purposeful resources, both teachers and students thrive.
Leslie's Story
With 36 years of experience in K–12 education, I have dedicated my career to supporting both educators and students through meaningful, results-driven learning. My work has spanned the classroom, professional development, and administrative support, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what it truly takes to move student achievement forward.
As co-founder/owner of The Pedagogy Pros, I am deeply committed to helping teachers and homeschool families succeed by creating tightly aligned, benchmark-focused resources that take the guesswork out of instruction. I believe that when standards, instruction, and assessment are aligned with precision, students are better positioned to master essential skills and build lasting confidence. This belief drives my passion for designing practical tools for educators and engaging learning opportunities for students.
Beyond my professional work, I value time with my family. I’ve been happily married to my high school sweetheart for 36 years, and together we’ve raised two amazing sons. Whether we’re watching sports, traveling to new places, or simply relaxing on the beach with a good book, those moments are what keep me grounded and inspired.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: to make learning clearer, teaching stronger, and success more attainable for every student.
